There are only 3 things that can interfere with the program.

1. You don’t have Java Runtime installed. Download it here.
2. You have Java installed, but Adobe Reader tries to open the program.  If reinstalling Java does not fix it, download JarFix here to fix the JAVA file association on your computer.
3. Your virus protection is mistakenly viewing the program as a threat.  (When we launched, we submitted the installer to Symantec and they put us on their safe list.)  You can add an exception to your Anti-virus program.  If you need help with this, send us an email, and we will happily set up a support session with you.
